Some of my orders aren't showing up.

Some orders we take over the phone do not show up in your account information. If you need a copy of the invoice please contact us.

I can't log into my account.

Be sure you have created a new account on the new Potatoheadsigns.com. Accounts from the old website were not transfered over. Your previous log in information is no longer valid.

If you already have an account on for the new website, be sure to make sure your caps lock is not turned on. If you continue to have issues accessing your account, try resetting your password.

Have A Custom Request?


Do you take custom requests?

We sure can. However there are times of the year when we are to busy to create any custom artwork.

What is the pricing for custom art?

Flat $45 initial cost, plus the cost of the product. Includes: Design 2 digital proofs. Each additional revision and proof - $15

Due to high volume of custom requests we have had to contract with a third party company to facilitate stock orders in a timely manner. Due to this new artwork fees will apply for custom orders. Custom artwork is not eligible for sale pricing.

Will you print anything?

There are limitations on what we are allowed to print. If your are looking to have a Liberty corporate approved message changed in anyway we may require you to get written corporate approval first.

If you are submitting artwork to us for print, please make sure you have full usage rights for the art you submit. We are not liable for any breach of copyright laws.

I got my custom print, and the colors are wrong.

Before we put any custom order into production an electronic proof will be sent out for approval. It is important to review the proof thoroughly. Once the proof has been approved by you we are no longer liable for any errors on the artwork. There are a few things to note about digital proofs.

  1. All computer monitors are different. The color on your screen may not be the exact color that is printed.
  2. Most proofs will be scaled down so it is view-able on a computer screen.
  3. The quality on a proof may not match the quality of the print. When we proof out large prints, scaling will also effect the quality of the image on you computer screen. This will NOT effect the quality of the print.

How do I track my order?

When you place an orde with us, you will recieve an email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.

If you have an account with us, you can also log in, and find information about orders under the "order history" tab.

I got my package, but im missing items.

Before you contact us about any missing items, please be aware that we ship our products from two of our different warehouses. There could be a chance that another package is on its was to you.

If you ordered items like posters please be sure to double check the packaging as small items may stick to the inside of the box.

Some of my items came damaged

We are very sorry some of your items arrived damaged. Because there are several places in your order's journey that this could have happened, please take photos of any damage and send them to Info@potatoheadsigns.com, and a customer service rep will get with your as soon as possible!

Need Shipping information?


How long is production time?

All items take 3-5 days to be produced once processed. Order cutoff time is 12pm mst. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following day.

Can I add express shipping?

Express shipping can be added durring the check out process. Please keep in mind, express shipping does NOT affect production times.

When will I get my stuff?

All items have a 3-5 day production time. From that point we will ship your items based on the shipping method you chose at checkout. If you chose the Free Shipping Over $99, it will ship FedEx Ground.
